Bob Frey was our realtor for the sale of two homes. It was not going to be an easy challenge as there were 4 trustees and none of us were living in California. There was potential for this process to be very trying, but I am so grateful we had Bob in our corner leading the charge. Bob was not daunted in any way by the challenges we presented as owner/sellers. As we were selecting a realtor, Bob did his homework on comps and the services his company would provide, he earned our business with his understanding of the areas where each house was located, his research as to the current market and understanding of the pros and cons of each house and the full package (getting house ready for sale, staging, working with title company) Both houses needed updates or improvements, the upcoming decisions seemed a bit daunting, BUT BOB, he welcomed the challenge, made recommendations for what could or should be done and allowed the space for us to make decisions. Once those decisions were made, Bob and his team worked to follow the plan, all the while keeping me in the loop of where we were in the process. It was hard beginning this process, but it was apparent very soon after signing the broker contract that we were in good hands. The homes that went on the market were amazing, from the staging partners he utilized to the companies he chose to perform the work, even to the established relationship with the title company, everything was handled well. Both houses sold, each for more than listed price and each with the one thing that was very important to us, "no contingencies". Bob produced results that blessed our family and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a realtor. My takeaway regarding Bob is that he loves what he does, takes pride in giving the best service for whatever his client needs and he even went out of his way to help me with a few issues I could not tackle as I was out of state. Bob gets 5 stars and my hope is that more families trust Bob with their realtor needs. Bob will make the process easier and he produced AMAZING results for us. We/I am grateful for Bob and his team!

Bob went above and beyond expectations and put in tremendous effort to help us sell our home. He’s great with communication and was knowledgeable about anything we needed clarification on. To top it off, one thing we really liked was his photography. The virtual tour, and drone shots really made our house look good and stand out.

We were very fortunate to have worked with Bob Frey in selling our current home and purchase of our new home. He did an outstanding job handling every detail of both transactions, was incredibly thorough and professional, and went above and beyond our expectations with answering all of our questions and gathering and presenting information to make our home sale and purchase go as smooth as possible. No matter what time of the day or night, you'll always receive a prompt and knowledgeable response to any questions you might have, not to mention he's one of the nicest realtors around. We absolutely loved working with Bob Frey and we couldn't recommend a better realtor.
