What can’t you say about Edrick Pineda to describe a dream real estate agent? We went through multiple agent interviews to sell our home - none of them really cut it. Lot of agents suffer from “dontgivashititus”. Not Edrick! Edrick was highly recommended by a successful real estate agent YouTuber named Audra Lambert. We thought his name was a little unusual but it was memorable so we gave him a try. He was everything Audra preached a great real estate agent should be: punctual, professional, caring, knowledgeable, honest to the T. We persevered with Edrick during hard selling times and were greatly rewarded. One of the highest sales in our neighborhood. Will be doing business again with Edrick.

So around 2 years ago, I had finally decided to put my home up for sale and give a family member a try who had just gotten his real estate license! Unfortunately, after a senseless falling out, I was forced to call several other realtors that happen to be an uphill battle filled with lies, broken promises and a whole lot of misinformation!! So just when I was about to throw in the towel, I happen to see Edrick's sign in the community where I was living at and low and behold, I had FINALLY found my guy! Edrick was calm, cool, collective and REALLY knew his stuff! He listened to my bad experiences, empitized with them and gave me options with solutions to how we can get my home sold!! It was like I was talking to good friend or family member and not a realtor who was all about business only! His professionalism, communication, and transparency earned my trust from the very beginning!! Not only did he get my home sold but he also helped me with the purchase of my new home making both transactions seamless! He got back to me with every question I had, updated me on new information, made time to go see homes together, negotiated effortlessly with the seller/buyer and NEVER EVER steered me wrong!! I can’t thank Edrick enough for all of his hard work, always going the extra mile and for making my entire experience a positive one even when I was losing faith at times! I can go on a WHOLE lot more about other things Edrick had helped me with, as well as on a personal level but I won't! I will say though, that Edrick is not just a realtor, he's a friend and a confidant!! You'll see from the first conversation or meeting that he has a good heart, your full attention and your entire personal needs in mind! He doesn't beat around the bush, gives it to you straight each and every time and will empurvise if and when needed to make things work out for you!! I have already referred him to my friends and family and I'm confidant you will too! So, if your ready or on the "white picket fence" about buying or selling, do yourself a favor and CALL EDRICK!! He's without a doubt, THE BEST real estate agent and now friend I have ever worked with...period!

Edrick was the best realtor we could’ve worked with. He was patient with every question and indecision we faced. He was always there to answer any question or give insight and being first time buyers there were a lot. We started searching while I was pregnant but thanks to Edrick I never felt like I was overly consumed with stress since he was always there for us. I’ve recommended him countless times and will continue to do so. We look forward to working with him in the furture!
