Rami is exceptional! He is everything you want in an agent and more. The home buying process especially during COVID was very tough to navigate, but Rami always made it a good experience. He’s the man with a plan. Rami is very prepared, he always lets you know how it is. He lays out the pros and cons of every situation, he is thorough in his explanations and is willing to talk to you for as long as it takes until you feel comfortable about the situation. Great character and went above and beyond in all aspects, including walking through paperwork, showing homes, writing emails, putting together packages to make us attractive buyers, and so on. My fiancée and I were truly satisfied with his efforts and we would use him as an agent time and time again. Rami is family at this point and we can’t thank him enough for helping us buy our first home.
