I wanted to leave a review because working with Shahab made a real difference for us. He helped us get traction and keep spaces occupied, which had a major impact on the business. There were months where, without his help, I would have been looking at negative numbers instead of moving in the right direction. He was responsive, stayed on top of things, and didn’t just disappear after getting involved. He understood what we were trying to accomplish and actually helped push things forward rather than just acting as a middleman. Best broker ever. I appreciate working with people who bring value and help solve problems, and that’s exactly what he did. I’d definitely recommend him.

Shahab Zarrabi was our agent when we sold our condo. It wasn't an easy sale because we were out of state at the time. But he managed to get everything negotiated and agreed in about two weeks! During the transaction, he was very patient with us, and walked us through the process.
