I did not think I would be enthusiastically reviewing our realators, Jennifer, and her partner, Brad, more than six weeks after our home closed, but there is still more to say. My husband wrote a glowing review weeks ago about their professionalism and detail oriented service through the home shopping and closing process, but Jennifer is still being invaluable! Due to a complex land and home purchase with a difficult escrow agent, Jennifer has been following up on transfer of tax assessment, on our behalf, almost daily. Another HUGE plus- all of the professional contractors they recommended to get our new home move-in ready have been fastastic to work with remotely. Everything is coming together under Jen and Brad's hands on care.

I had my home in Corona Del Mar listed with another agent and had very little activity for over a year and no sale. Brad sold my house in two months for close to my asking price. Brad's very professional and suggested many minor changes in the house to enhance its desirability for sale. Brad spent considerable time in showing the house and assisting with his recommended changes. They have exceeded our expectations by providing professionals to assess our purchase and help with our renovations. We did not live in the area but, no problem, they were at every inspection, calling us often with timely updates. We had a difficult escrow process that Jennifer relentlessly engaged the escrow agent to ensure the paperwork was completed and filed correctly. if we could give them 10 stars we would!
