Celina was very nice at first. I filled out all the paperwork and after I submitted everything I wanted to know the status of my application or whether or not I would get the rental and she ghosted me. She never replied to my messages anymore. It wasn't very professional in my experience. I was asking simple questions that could have been answered with a yes or a no.
