Fantastic attention to detail. Annette was always available any day of the week. If she didn't have an answer (which was rare) she was quick to find it accurately. As a first time home SELLER, she was patient with my inexperience and questions while expertly guiding me through the complex process. She also corrected or prevented many of my "would be blunders." She gets involved as much or less as her clients want, be it: sell as is while still living OR scheduling 3rd party vendors like staging, inspections, repairs, etc. Fantastic organizer.
