I first contacted Gabe and Michael (Team Reyes) back in September 2025 when it became apparent that I would need to sell my current home to downsize into something I could pay cash in full. I was impressed with their easy-going and professional manner. At that initial meeting I was not 100% certain that I would be selling my beautiful home of 26 years in Evergreen. They provided me excellent guidance about timing, what additional upgrades I would need to finish and other key facts should I decide to sell. By December, I knew that I would need to sell my current home and find something that checked all the boxes of my needs at the time. Gabe was very patient and understanding with me, given my circumstances (newly widowed) and the fact that I didn’t really know what or where I wanted my next house. We looked at 6-8 different properties before putting in an offer in late January. In mid-January we started the process to get my Evergreen home ready for the market. Gabe and Michael had contacts in all the right places to get the needed work done (i.e., kitchen cabinet painting, master bathroom completion, miscellaneous plumbing projects, etc.). They provide much wisdom and guidance as I moved forward with the difficult decision to sell my home of 26 years that I shared with my late husband. Their market strategy was “top of game” and after two weekends of open houses, there were eleven offers to choose from. All during the process of buying my new home, getting a bride-loan, and then selling my Evergreen home, Team Reyes maintained an elevated level of communication to help me along the way. Although the process was very emotionally difficult for me, Gabe and Michael maintained a prominent level of professionalism, extended grace and encouraged me that all would be ok as I moved to my new neighborhood in Gilroy. Even after moving in at Gilroy, Gabe would call every few days to see if I had any questions about the new house. I recommend Team Reyes – they get the job done!
