Enzo, the Real Estate pro with all the connections! Enzo help me with a purchase in the Palm Springs area. My needs were complicated and specific. I live in Los angeles and have parents that lived in Las Vegas 400+ miles away where they were living without any family or close friends close by. We wanted them closer and LA was not an option. We decided on the Palm Springs Rancho Mirage area. Our needs were specific. I have businesses in the desert and spend aprox 7-10 days a month in the desert. I wanted separation and privacy but proximity to my aging parents, along with the pool, spa, and extended entertaining space we had high expectations. With the help of his extensive network through out multiple areas we got valuable assistance from a local colleague and we Identified the perfect property. After much negotiation we closed in January. All parties are happy and the cohabitation experiment is a success. I will use Enzo to explore my next investment opportunity in the coming months.
