I cannot say enough good things about Josette. I’ve known Josette for over 10 years, and I always knew that when the time came to sell my condo, she would be the one I trusted with it. Working with her confirmed that choice in every way. She is incredibly professional, organized, and reliable, but also so relatable, down to earth, and easy to talk to. One thing that really stood out to me was her communication. She kept me informed every step of the way, always explained what was happening, and made the entire process feel collaborative. I never felt out of the loop or unsure of what was coming next. Every time we scheduled a call, she was exactly on time, which speaks volumes about how seriously she takes her clients. We definitely had some bumps along the way, especially with the buyer’s lender, and Josette handled it all with calm, experience, and determination. Working with Josette was hands down the best part of what was otherwise a really stressful and complicated home buying process. She went above and beyond at every stage of the process, and I trusted her completely. That level of trust made a world of difference in a process that can feel disheartening and overwhelming. I genuinely can’t recommend Josette enough. If you want someone who is not only excellent at what she does but also an authentic, grounded, and caring person, Josette is it! :)
