It's difficult to fully explain how amazing Tammy was to work with. I have used many realtors over the years and been very pleased with each one. Competent, responsive, diligent and hardworking. But, Tammy has far exceeded my expectations when she recently represented me in the sale of my deceased father's home. I live in another state and it would have been exponentially more difficult to deal with the prep of the house pre-sale, as well as the things that needed to be done to get listed. I would never have dreamed of asking for all of the "above and beyond" Tammy did for me, but I didn't have to. She offered to handle things the seller would typically deal with--but to an extreme level of service. She proactively did everything to help get the house cleaned out, staged and meeting vendors there. I honestly don't know how I would have done it all without her. And once the home was listed, Tammy had multiple competitive offers to present in just two days. We were able to close escrow 21 days after the initial listing (16 days after the first showing)--at a great price and fantastic terms. I can honestly say that I've never even heard of a realtor who does as much for their clients as Tammy--AND gets amazing results that also exceeded my expectations. When I say Tammy goes above and beyond, it doesn't do justice to how great a realtor, advocate and friend Tammy was to me and my family. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling a house in Orange County.

As a first time homebuyer, the process can be very intimidating and scary at times but Tammy was there to get me over any hurdles until the keys were in my hand.
