When we moved to LA friends recommended their realtor, Megan Whelan. She and her partner Madelyn Ponsetto worked hard and intelligently for us. Their knowledge was critical to helping us identify the areas where we might be interested in living. Megan explained the compromises we faced given our various objectives. She also has very good contacts on the financing side and was creative whenever we ran into challenges. We feel very lucky to have been pointed in Megan’s direction.

Megan was amazing helping us achieve our goal of a beautiful move-in ready home in Mar Vista. She was instrumental in the process from finding the property, getting the offer and helping us cross the finish line.
