Third home purchased and our best experience yet. We literally looked at one house together and he picked us out the PERFECT place. We were bought and moved in within a month. Robert was a pleasure to work with. I was selling a house as part of a Trust, which involved lots of logistics, twists and turns along the way, making it quite stressful, but Robert was calm throughout the process. He made the process very easy for me. He was very responsive when I had questions or needed additional help from him. I would recommend Robert to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house. Being out of town buyers in a tight and fast-moving market was a challenge. Robert was able to do a Face Time walk through of the property with us, so that we would not make a trip sight unseen. Once we knew that the house was interesting, he made sure we were the first buyers to look at it, worked with us to figure the right offer, made sure that we stayed ahead of any multiple offers, and worked with the seller’s agent once we put in the offer to make sure that it was accepted. Once we entered escrow the process was seamless, with Robert helping to make sure that we got a substantial credit back due to some things that were found during the home inspection. We have been in the house a year now and very happy with our decision to move forward with the purchase.
