I couldn't have imagined that the search for our multi-generational home would be so painless! At first inception, my wife, her GMa and I thought it would be a long, arduous journey but the expectation turned out to be the complete opposite. The Borhani Realty Group, specifically Behn Borhani, went above and beyond to find us the right neighborhood, schools, floor plan/layout, amenities, and overall aesthetics. Through many, many open houses and scheduled visits, Behn never faltered and was always so accommodating with his positive energy and go-getter attitude. We had a "good feeling" from our initial meeting and we quickly came to realize that he was always working behind the scenes for us to make sure that the start of this next important life chapter was a positive, joyous experience. His knowledge of the purchasing process, negotiations, home inspections, construction costs and general logistics of home selling/purchasing/remodeling gave us the confidence and support needed throughout the process to ensure we were taking all considerations into account so that we could make the best possible decisions. We feel beyond fortunate to have had Behn in our corner and couldn't imagine going through this experience with anyone else.
