Jefi is amazing! She helped us sell and buy a new house. The moment we needed her she was calling us. She told us what to do with our house and got it to sell in 2 weeks which was amazing. The buying part got tricky but she was patient and showed us every house we wanted to see. She made the best offers for them and although we fell out of escrow a few times (due to the problems with the houses) we ended up with the house we are truly in love with! She worked tirelessly to get us the house and I’m so happy, I have only been here for a week and it’s just the best house! We have two young kids too and she was super engaging with them as well and made them feel apart of the process as well. My son really wanted to pull out the sign when we were done and she let him do that which was awesome too. I appreciate all her hard work and do miss talking to her. I hope I don’t need to do this again for a while but if I do I will definitely go to her! If you’re thinking of buying or selling go to her she’ll get the job done!

In my years of doing business with different individuals in a variety of professions, it has been rare to find an individual (and in this case, also a team) who truly loves their career and is exceedingly excellent at their craft. Jefi Moultrie is one of those unique individuals I had the privilege of working with, and who is the epitome of excellence. Our family interviewed multiple realtors before choosing Jefi to represent us in the sale of our home in La Mesa. It had been in our family for over 40 years. We had made multi-generational memories in that home; we were very attached. It took many months (after asking Jefi to represent us) before we were actually ready to "pull the trigger" and sell our beloved home. We needed a realtor who was willing to counsel us through the emotions of putting the house on the market, advise us on the best way to prepare the house, and then hold our hands as we stepped into escrow and the final signatures to pass "our" home to a new family- who hopefully would love and care for it as we did. Jefi was absolutely outstanding. Her professionalism was unmatched throughout the process. She was extremely efficient, organized, and communicated with us (along with her fabulous team) every step of the way. Jefi was savvy to current market trends and the culture of the neighborhood, and she created a perfect strategy for selling our home. In the end, we sold the house for more than what we listed because Jefi KNEW how to sell real estate. I would HIGHLY recommend her if you are considering selling or purchasing a home.

As a first time home seller, we did our research to select the best realtor in the region; and I am so glad we selected Jefi & her team. They did an excellent job. They contracted an interior designer, home stager & professional photographer, so our home looked amazing. We had an amazing front of the house "for sale" sign with a large picture of our beautiful kitchen, which is very unique. Jefi and her co-agent Joe did 3 open houses for us and our home stayed on the market for only 20 days!!! Jack, her transaction manager made filling all the paperwork a very easy process and Jamie, her assistant, created a timeline for us to let us know what the next steps were. Jefi is simply amazing. I highly recommend her and her team.

Working with Jefi was a dream! She was very professional, on top of things, and a true business woman. I appreciated that she balanced relationship building with getting down to business because some realtors are too chatty lol! She helped us sell our house in a really tough market and we knew we could trust her to do all the things necessary and guide us well. We especially liked that she knows the La mesa & mt helix area really well. 10/10 recommend working with her!
