Would not recommend. She and her group are currently selling my home. She had committed to accepting 2% agent fees. Later, she started pushing offers with higher fees. She also tried to manipulate the offers. She'd present us with an offer, say she upped her fee to 2.5% and that she was passing through 1% to the buyer so that she was only receiving 1.5%. That's essentially us (the seller) compensating the buyer for offering a slightly higher sale price. She's trying to reframe the offer to sound better than it is, which is classless. She represents a buyer pool and that is supposed to be one of the benefits of choosing her. Not a good idea. Multiple buyers came in with the suspiciously same low ball offer. She has been pushing us to accept these low offers. She will paint a pretty picture when you are shopping for real estate agents, but after you sign the contract all bets are off. She is there to get the deal closed at your expense. She really does not have your (the seller's) best interests at heart.

My husband and I have known Natalie ever since 2023 summer . She is such a kind professional exceptional realtor who is always very supportive and warm-hearted. During our over two year’s communication, she has been always very patient to find us good options to consider. She and William listen to our real needs and provide helpful suggestions on how to make good choices among numerous house options. Natalie would always keep an eye on the most appropriate moment to buy a house too. She helped us to purchase our house at a never-heard-of great price in this 2025 Summer. The whole process is not 100% smooth because the bank loan had a delay problem. Thanks to Natalie’s very determined dedication and negotiation skills, we had a happy smooth ending to close the deal. Words cannot express our deep gratitude to Natalie and William( her husband)’s incredible dedication in this purchase deal. Natalie even continued to find me a perfect Tenant for the newly purchased house in a short period of time. What high efficiency! Her great work means a lot to me. We are not in USA, but we are so lucky to have Natalie to take care of our house( and we will certainly let Natalie to make more deals for us in future ) We also sincerely hope we will maintain our lifelong relationship as friends with Natalie and William.
