Kim is an amazing person first, before going into how great her work is. It is clear that she does her line of work out of the love of finding people their dream homes. I am a teacher who works for the joy of helping students, and I see the same passion in her. As a teacher my life is very busy, she was so patient with me about making sure I did my parts needed and not once did I feel any negativity or pressure even though we were on a time crunch. I really appreciate her ability to send me friendly reminders, clarifications, and check-ins. It's what I needed in a time of stress as a first time homeowner. During the process we were working with some strange individuals selling their property and were very reluctant to do the basic things needed to make sure the house and property were safe to sell. Kim made sure I did not pay for anything that wasn't my responsibility. There came a few times where I thought I was going to lose my dream spot because of how reluctant they were to do their part, and I was really close to giving it up, Kim didn't give up. She made such creative problem solving counter offers that I didn't know were possible! It was because of these moments I was able to live in my dream home! Thank you Kim, I am forever grateful!
