Warning! Do not waste your time with David De Anda from Las Casas Realty inc. This agent is very unprofessional and extremely unreliable. I've been trying to lease a property that he is representing and it is almost impossible to get a response from him, all I get is excuses. The only time that I got a reply within a reasonable timeframe was on my initial contact but every other time that I needed to get an update on the status of my application it was almost impossible. I had to contact other people in his office in order to be able to speak to him regarding my application. He kept telling me that he will call me back, but never did on multiple occasions, he kept saying that he was waiting to hear from the owner of the house but when I finally spoke to the owner of the house it also seemed like the owner was having a difficult time getting David to do things within a reasonable timeframe. My overall experience dealing with David De Anda was extremely frustrating and I would not recommend his services. David lacks basic communication skills and respect for other people's time. If you value any of those two things then I would recommend you go somewhere else if you have the opportunity to do so. I saw a few other negative reviews online about David De Anda from Las Casas Realty and thought that maybe it was an isolated incident with the other people that had communication issues but after dealing with him for almost 2 weeks I can confirm that he indeed is a headache to work with. STAY AWAY!!!! Update: If you are doubtful about his level of professionalism just look at his reply to this review. Not only is it full of excuse after excuse but his lack of communication skills makes him miss the entire point. My main reason for leaving this review is to warn others about the experience that they can expect from him. I am not upset about the tenant that the owner chose, I'm certain that they will be a great fit for the property, what I am upset about is David De Anda's unresponsiveness, lack of communication and complete disregard for other people's time.

The worst realtor to deal with, this man continued to purposely sabotage the purchase of his clients property. Instead of helping make the process easier and seamless he dis-regarded appointments and delayed the purchase process. He wouldn't even communicate with the seller with any of our requests by blatantly saying no, taking total disregard for their opinion! I was lucky enough to meet the sellers per chance and they voiced their discontent with his lack of communication, always coming up with excuses and not answers. If it wasn't for the chance meeting this deal would not have happened. I would never deal with this person! If I were to purchase another home and found out he was the listing agent I would run! He is good at one thing and that is lying to make himself look good and even stole the pool equipment and other property that the owner promised me. He made my first home buying experience a living hell. STAY AWAY
