I highly recommend Christina Ford, who sold my home in just 38 days in less-than-ideal market conditions in the City of Orange. She completely exceeded my expectations and was able to secure a full-priced offer, with zero concessions made to the buyer, incredible for a house built in the 1950s. In addition, she charges a remarkably low sales commission. She’s a top-notch realtor! The marketing itself was excellent. The photographer’s work featured a nice virtual walkthrough, which even included a floor plan, amazing since no floor plan ever existed for the house. Because Christina is a “Zillow Showcase” realtor, her listings are given a prioritized placement on Zillow, which surely made a difference in my home getting sold so quickly, and at top price. Communication was perfect. She always replied to my text messages within minutes, and kept me fully apprised of everything that was happening. I know of many Realtors who are content selling a few houses a year, but Christina is a real worker. I know that her 40 years of experience and more than 1,000 sales made all the difference, because when hurdles arose, she was able to quickly resolve all of them and keep the process moving forward. Her longevity and job knowledge are a true testament to her hard work and tenacity. As a final thought, two other realtors we considered suggested listing the home for hundreds of thousands less. Christina was confident she could get us far more. And she did! You can't go wrong hiring her.

Christina is an excellent and professional realtor. I have known Christina now for nearly 15 years and have bought and sold properties with her four times. Most recently, she helped with an off the market transaction that was special and a bit more difficult in nature. As always, she was very helpful and professional and made sure everything went smoothly. She has extensive experience and that is reassuring when you are doing such a large transaction such as a home purchase or sale.
