Meredith is simply amazing, I could not have asked for a better realtor. We had a complicated situation, needing to sell an old family home while not living locally, but she handled all the complications with ease and we always felt like we were getting her immediate attention when any hurdles came up. She knows the market inside and out, gave us great advice, outlined an easy to understand timeline/flowchart of how the process was unfolding, and in general had the situation under control at all times. AND her fees were extremely reasonable, especially given some of our special circumstances. She is a consummate professional and tireless advocate, and you will be happy you chose to work with her.

We have worked with Meredith 6 times so far (3 rentals, 2 sales, and 1 purchase) in the past 10 years. We love working with her because she is so knowledgeable and experienced in the industry, she is professional, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with even under moments where we have felt stressed or unsure about things. We value this because a real estate agent has a lot to do with our overall experience during what can be a stressful process. This is now the fourth real estate transaction we have completed with the help of Meredith Drews (out of eight altogether) and she just keeps getting better.
