We were needing to get our house setup and ready to sell as quickly as possible. Jessica was helpful in providing resources such as yard work/ cleaning/ and photography. The line of communication was always open and our questions were always answered. Jessica had a real pulse of what was needed to sell our house and was able to provide realistic advice that would give our place the best chances. We needed this house to sell in a timely manner and Jessica was able to deliver ( because we took her advice). We did not have any connection to Jessica prior to working with her.
