If you're looking to buy or sell a home, I hope this review saves you some time because Alonso is the BEST! My husband and I are first time home buyers and aren't familiar with the process or any of the lingo when it comes to home buying so we felt a bit lost. Alonso responded immediately and was so eager to help us find our first home! I sent him over a list of like 10 homes (I was worried he was going to think I was crazy). But nope! Alonso locked in 10+ tours in one day and sent over a detailed itinerary with pros and cons for each home. He even locked in more tours for us the day-of! In each home we toured, he pointed out all of the pros and cons of each one. It felt like we had an inspector/realtor/contractor/friend all in one person! He wanted the best for us and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure we found the perfect house! And sure enough, we did. He held our hand throughout the entire process, was incredibly communicative the entire time, and negotiated with the sellers effortlessly. Even if it meant calling us at 10PM because we received a counter offer and needed to submit a new offer right away! I'm confident that if we had any other realtor, we would have lost our dream home. He made this normally stressful process so quick and easy. Alonso is our realtor for life!
