I recently lost a sister and was tasked with managing her estate remotely. I was torn between selling her house or becoming a property manager. I knew nothing about SoCal. From the moment I met Kristen, she was supportive. She gave me resources to look into to help me make my decision and explained the Manhattan Beach market to me. She never pushed me to sell but after looking at all options and interviewing 4 agents, I decided to list the house with her. I am so glad I did. She was incredible every step of the way: from helping me move my sister’s possessions, to getting the property into shape, to listening to my concerns, and helping with closing paperwork. I felt that she really cared. She happily volunteered to do more than I could imagine which was so helpful since I live in the SF area.
