We recently decided to sell our daughter’s condo in Encino and began looking for a real estate agent to work with us. My husband and I contracted with Gil and Marilyn Spiegel for the sale of our home in Encino. Communication and marketing are important to them and they both kept us updated every step of the way. Gil and Marilyn not only sold our home in five days, with multiple offers all well above the asking price, they also were instrumental in the success of the escrow, coordinating the inspections, and managing every detail until the sale closed successfully, less than thirty days later.
