I was renter at one of their properties they manage. Term "customer service" is something foreign to them:) Respond to customers emails or texts? - unheard of:) I had to write them an email 5 times in a row knowing how bad they are and they still didn't respond! :) You have to call them which you don't want to do because there is no notion of "customer service" :) it is a vicious circle:) When you call them there is no resolution since everything is blamed or deferred to another person which you don't have access to. hey are also pretty good blamers:) Here is the latest example: I emailed them with a 30 day notice. Here is the email sent on June 2 verbatim: "Cami, I am hereby giving a 30 day notice to move out. My last day will be July 1 2020. Thank you" On June 29 they tell me my last day is June 30 and when I call them they say we never talked about July 1st it was June 20" When you point them to an email, they tell you "I don't know, that's what my boss told me" :) This is just one example. I will update the review within the next 30 days after I moved out Conclusion: I highly recommend Watson Realty if you like to get frustrated, angry, bewildered, concerned about deposit money being paid back with no issues

Not even two months in our new place and so many issues have been requested for maintenance. Watson Realty has not fixed all issues, 1 out of 4 issues were finally resolved, and they have the worst customer service. If you could rent from anywhere else I'd highly recommend dealing with a better landlord or property manager!

They are not perfect but, at least in our experience, they've been pretty darn reliable and fair. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that they can be a bit slow with fixing minor issues but with major issues, they've been great.
