I’m writing on behalf of our real estate agent, Joy Lee. Joy is the niece of a friend of mine and I first observed her working with my friend as she sold her house and downsized. We had the pleasure of working with Joy on the sale of our home. She was attentive and helpful every single step of the way. She even took it a step further and interviewed and made introductions with out of state realtors for us. Joy gave us all the tools we needed to prepare our home for sale, including every aspect of the bathroom face-lifts we needed, from the lights, mirrors and paint to the knobs and faucets. She was always keeping us updated on the local comps and sales in our area. She held our hand through navigating the market and giving us the best possible advise with all her experience to back it up. She gave us access to her all the time with any questions we might have had, and was incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of selling our home and buying a new one. She put us in touch with a wonderful lender, who had a lot of options for us to use. Joy and her dream team offer so much more than we could have imagined. No matter what we needed, she had the answers and contacts immediately. Ultimately we decided not to move forward with selling our home, at this time... but I am beyond grateful for the support of Joy in our corner. I wouldn't want any one else by our side through the process. I could sing her praises for days, because on top of how amazing and helpful and supportive she is with being our realtor, she is also one of the most genuine, kind, and trustworthy people you could ever meet. Joy was amazing! As my Buyer's agent she was able to negotiate a credit to buy the interest rate down. I am forever grateful for the lower interest rate. She patiently walked me through the home buying process. She recommended a mortgage company and they too had five star service.
