Jen was absolutely amazing! From going through all the initial paperwork, patiently explaining everything we didn't understand (we've never sold a house before), helping us from a distance (we also don't live locally), coordinating everything that needed to be done and the consistent communication, we couldn't have asked for a better person to sell our house. We had some paperwork hiccups (not her fault), she was extremely patient while trouble shooting and making sure things were corrected/coordinated to closed when we needed to. After 17 years in the Conejo Valley, we decided to move 3000 miles to the east coast.
