Working with Angel was truly one of the best parts of our move from Los Angeles. Having worked with realtors in the past who clearly cared more about just selling a house, this experience felt completely different. Angel genuinely cared about helping my husband and me find the right home and the right community for this next chapter of our lives. We were completely new to the area, and Angel essentially taught us about all the different neighborhoods, taking the time to introduce us to places that were actually a good fit for our lifestyle and personalities, not just our budget. He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He guided us through every step of the process and made what could have been a stressful relocation feel exciting and manageable. By the end of everything, we didn’t just feel like clients, we felt like friends. We are so grateful for his support, care, and guidance, and truly cannot recommend Angel enough to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely puts people first.

Angel is the best, He helped us sell our home and find our new dream home in Encinitas! He guided us every step of the way, always making himself available whenever we had questions or needed advice. His knowledge of the market and strong negotiation skills made a huge difference, and we always felt like he was truly looking out for our best interests. Angel was very knowledgeable in the process and responded quickly to all our concerns and questions. Angel Lopez is the best. We are previous homeowners, and learned our lesson the hard way. So when we decided we wanted to buy a home in San Diego, we did our research and then met 3 different agents in person before deciding to go with Angel. Our research was so totally worth it. Angel was the clear winner; not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also professional, communicative, punctual, kind, considerate, and has the highest standards. He works so hard, but not dirty. We had very clear requirements (including acreage, in Fallbrook/Bonsall area), and Angel was patient and helpful in scheduling various showings. He provided excellent advice so that we could make realistic goals. Angel always provided clear and honest information and suggestions; he is very good about gauging whether our offer was attractive, and yet also allowing us to make our own decisions. He was so easy to work with because he took the time to learn our preferences and understand us. We found our dream home on a spur-of-the-moment open house we attended on our own. We knew this was The One during our first visit. As the deal progressed, we learned that this property was significantly more complicated than initially presented. We were worried, but Angel never wavered. He gave us his word that he would work with us, and he stood by it, 100%. Angel had much more experience than the listing agent, and ended up doing a lot of the work- significantly more than a typical buyer's agent (or any agent we had ever worked with), to make the deal go. Because Angel always pays attention, this deal was possible, and the process was so much smoother than we even hoped for. Moreover, we knew Angel had other listings and clients, likely more lucrative, but he always gave us his full attention and best effort. This held true despite the deal taking longer, and requiring at least 10x more work than expected. He truly was our full partner in this process- he was fully invested in helping us make this happen, and he did. Angel's attention to detail and consistent excellent quality of work saved us from SO many pitfalls! Throughout the entire process, he maintained his professional, gentlemanly demeanor, even when there were moments we were on the verge of tearing our hair out (e.g. Angel ended up personally correcting a number of paperwork errors made by the listing agent, Sellers, and various vendors and inspectors). After about 3 months of getting/being in contract, we finally got our dream home! And we got every item we wanted!!! Angel's clear and consistent quality of work protected us when subsequent issues came up with the Sellers trying to renege on various items of the purchase agreement after the close of escrow. Angel's integrity was a big part of why our experience was so positive despite the many complications that came up with our dream home. This deal would not have occurred or closed the way it did without Angel's tireless and skilled efforts. He's an awesome agent and human being, and we're so grateful we had the opportunity to work with him. We've already asked him to be our listing agent in the event we ever decide to move. And he said yes. :)
