You need someone experienced, determined, knowledgeable, available and if you can find someone with an incredible personality, Amy is probably your agent already. I met Amy when I moved to LA. She was the agent that showed me the townhouse that I decided to rent. It was a beautiful place and we were so happy with our experience we decided to reach out to Amy to help us buy a home. Amy was responsive, continuously facilitating open houses and private showings. Our location range was all of L.A and Pasadena, so we went from the Valley to Pasadena and even south of downtown looking for the perfect house, and Amy went with us everywhere. Amy has great relationships with other agents in the County, which is extremely important when it comes to making a deal. When I found the house I LOVED, it was a 2200 sqft 4 bed, 3 bath home with an Amazing pool! I told Amy I wanted to Get in ASAP and she got me in to see it that day. Within a few hours Amy had an offer in and was in communication with the sellers agent to see what she could do to get my my dream house. She even brought her husband Carl over who is a contractor and he gave everything a second look from a professionals standpoint to make sure that we wouldn't run into any surprises when it came to inspection, or even after inspection. He also gave his professional opinion on design ideas and pointed out features of the house we didn't notice before. We couldn't ask for a better experience or a better agent. We got our dream house in our budget and a few months later we couldn't be happier.
