I can't share enough about how happy we are with Imraan and Hannah. We first built a relationship with them when we were debating between renting and buying. They took their time with us to make sure we knew the neighborhoods and the market, always keeping our best interest at heart and advising us based on what made sense for us long-term, not what would be most beneficial to them as our agents. My husband was a more experienced homebuyer but I was very new to this world and they were great about making everything accessible to me and empowering me with my own knowledge every step of the way. They know the area and the industry inside-out and their strong reputation and relationships are apparent in every interaction. They were always available for our questions and concerns, even after close, and are incredible ongoing resources as homeowners. It is clear that they love helping good people find good homes and once you are in their orbit, you will be cared for like a dear friend. Beyond that, they are a good hang and genuinely good people, which is a huge bonus when you're spending lots of time together and managing big stressful life moments!

Imraan and Hannah were a HUGE boon to the entire process of finding a home for our family. They took the time to explain terms and procedures and common practices all without ever talking down to us or expressing any hint of impatience. When we first started looking, we didn't even know IF we were actually looking nor what we would potentially be looking for. Imraan and his team helped us hone that in, get our end in order and then got us ready to pounce when the right home did show up.
