Debbie is a fantastic realtor who worked incredibly hard to help us find a wonderful home in the Princeton area. On paper, our house hunt was not a simple one. My wife works a demanding job in the city so we needed to find somewhere very close to the train station to make the commute manageable. What's more, we have a baby at home and I work at Princeton University as a professor, so we needed to find a safe neighborhood within commuting distance to downtown Princeton, with good schools, easy access to daycare. To top it all off, we were moving from California and so were on a very tight schedule to tour houses. Despite these challenges, Debbie came through and found us a delightful home just 3 minutes from Princeton Junction station, and gave us great advice on how to submit an acceptable offer that didn't break the bank. Since finding the house, Debbie has continued to be very helpful, facilitating the home closing, communicating clearly with the seller's agent, and recommending contractors, inspectors, cleaners and activities in the area. We would absolutely use Debbie again the next time we buy or sell a house in the area!
