Cheeseman Realty Group is everything wrong with the rental market. Property managers like these are exactly why finding a decent place to live has become a nightmare. They're unresponsive unless you're offering more money, and the whole process feels shady at best. It’s less about good tenants and more about who’s willing to play their game. If you're looking for transparency or basic professionalism, look elsewhere. Tenants deserve better than this.
