WRC is a dream to work with. We worked with Caleb Warren on the purchase of our first home in 2016. When we were ready to sell & buy again, we couldn’t think of a better team to work with! Jessica Warren was hands on, thorough, and knowledgeable. She was always easy to connect with and answered probably close to a million questions. Jessica made listing our home easy & gave us lots of feedback so we could find the right buyer. Jessica took the time with us to tour as many houses as we possibly could. She remembered tiny details about me and about my husband & would give us advice on if a house would fit our needs. Caleb filled the gap if ever Jessica wasn’t available. He helped us negotiate further after we were under contract on our new home. And he even jumped in to help with a small issue on our pest inspection for the house we were selling. We closed on both homes in the same week! Jessica negotiated lease backs and made our transitions very smooth. We used our VA loan which can be a little tricky but she communicated with all parties seamlessly and made the process as enjoyable as it could be.
