Oh my goodness....how do I sum this review up shortly. I will start by saying having Shane Reynolds as the realtor to sell my mothers home was an absolute Godsend!! My Mom and her husband had started the realtor relationship with Shane and then my moms husband unexpectantly passed away. I had no idea how or where to move forward at this point. I made contact with Shane to notify him of the death. Instantly I knew everything was going to be ok. Shane took the lead and coordinated everything for me. From the dumpster to empty the house ( he even helped with the hands on ), pool repairs, landscape needs, inspections , housecleaning, I mean EVERYTHING. He turned our home that needed lots, i mean lots.... of TLC into a marketable home that had a contract on it in less than 8 days. I failed to mention during this whole process, we were moving my mother into another town and I was also out of town. Shane was continually handling the progress as we , should i say he, prepared the home. He always kept me up to date on everything. I will tell you, i have sold and bought homes in the past and absolutely never have I had such compassionate, quality and efficient service as I have with Shane. Thank you so much Shane and your team for everything. You were an absolute answer to prayer for my mother and myself.
