This guy just like to play around with your time.. we had scheduled appts and he flaked on both. Having me take time off of work not once but twice. I do not recommend this guy only if you want your time to be wasted.

I know out there are hundreds of realtors helping others but I want to focus on my own experience! Let me tell you , when We met Mr Andrew Washington we wanted to get a house but we weren’t clear on how much? or what city? or how can I buy it ? What were our options? But he help us giving us CONFIDENCE, REAL HELP , REAL GOLD TIME TO UNDERSTAND MANY THINGS BEFORE BUYING A HOUSE , so we started to look on our own and came back to him with a CLEAR IDEA of what we want it to do ! We understand that he was here to help us and also understand that he has too many customers to help as well so we have to do our own re-search about finding out our home and he was doing his work sending different types and models until we found the one we wanted ! Mr. Washington was the realtor for my home and he was wonderful! It was sold in a month and he made the transition very simple and quick. He explained everything very clearly. I would definitely use him again.
