Over 10 years ago, Tony helped us buy and sell our first home in San Diego, and we had such a great experience that there was no question who my parents would trust when it came time for their own major move out of state. If I could give Tony 100 stars, I would. We went through a tumultuous escrow period, and we truly cannot imagine getting through it without him. In a very difficult market, Tony was determined to sell our home — and against all odds, he made it happen. Tony handled every challenge with professionalism, expertise, and outstanding negotiating skills. He was thoughtful, creative, and always kept our best interests as the sellers his top priority. His calm, grounded demeanor helped carry us through an extremely stressful process. Tony also kept us informed every step of the way, was always available, and responded quickly whenever we needed him. We also want to acknowledge his staff. In particular, Jay, who was professional, pleasant, organized, and instrumental in keeping everything on track behind the scenes. In the end, everyone got what they wanted. We are excited to begin our new adventure in Texas, be closer to our grandchildren, and build our new home. The buyer is moving into her dream home, and we truly hope she experiences as much joy in the house as we did. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Tony and his team representing us and cannot recommend them highly enough.

100/10 in every way. Having to hire a realtor from out of town was a bit scary knowing you would trust someone with such a large transaction without meeting them in person. Tony and his team were on top of it from the jump. He took every phone call every text and every inquiry to ensure our comfort was top priority. This guy got it done. In a tough condo market we did well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for the sale of your property local or not. He’s able to handle transactions all over California.
