We recently listed our Glendale property with Kate Amsbry of Engel & Volkers Pasadena. What impressed us at our first meeting with Kate was the time she spent viewing our property. She really took the time to stand in each room and take in the details. There wasn't a sales pitch to get the listing, she simply left us with some materials and suggested we circle back in a few days. This was the opposite of what we experienced with other agents we interviewed. Some came through the house so quickly, they didn't even look inside some of the rooms! Kate was an absolute joy to work with! This was a major move/change for me. She was very understanding. She was so patient. When I felt overwhelmed she was so calming and took care of everything.
