Our lease was ending unexpectedly and we had a tight window to find a new place with a limited budget. Patrick was nothing but attentive, available, and reassuring if things got stressful. His experienced perspective on properties helped us land an incredible deal and we closed on time. Not only that his team is top notch. We used Noah and Citywide as our lender and after shopping lenders they were by far the best not only on a rate but with customer service. He also has a network of contractors that do amazing work at a very competitive price and can bang a job out if you have a short deadline. Patrick is EXTREMELY reliable, ethical, and down to earth. Every single promise he made to us, he fulfilled and more. My wife and I CANNOT recommend Patrick enough. I really can't imagine a better realtor. He went above and beyond and made buying a home doable and, dare I say, easy? He walked us through the whole process from start to finish with check-ins along the way to make sure we were feeling good about the house and the process. I will start by saying, I am a realtor skeptic. If you told me 6 months ago I would be writing a glowing review for a realtor, I would most likely not have believed you. But alas, here I am because Patrick helped make our home-buying dreams come true, and I know that it is because of him that we got the house we wanted the most. His skilled deal-making, 15 years of experience, extensive knowledge, and connections made it happen. We are first-time home buyers, and we did not come with a huge home-buying budget or tons of experience with the process. He was always patient, would describe things we did not understand, and was never condescending. He told us he would do everything in his power to get us everything we want in a home, and he did! Even after everything is finalized, he continues to check in to make sure things are okay. He also has a reasonably priced and reliable “guy” for everything (plumbing, cleaning, carpets, you name it!), which is extremely helpful when you are a new homeowner and great for getting ballpark quotes when negotiating repairs.
