I wouldn't hesitate to call Sue Wells for your real estate needs. She helped me find my home when I was looking for a single story home. She is patient, professional, responsive, and just an all around good person who listens to what you want and delivers. The only down side was once we got our home we don't see her as much! Sue always puts your interest first and works very hard to meet her clients needs.

Sue helped us find and buy our house in Santa Rosa Valley while we were living out of state. We looked for the house for months whenever we were in town and she even sent video footage of houses she went to for us when they came on the market. She went above and beyond in what she did for us since we couldn't be there for the inspections and repair people. She spent a massive amount of time on the phone going over things and was incredibly responsive to finding out the answers to all our questions. She is a great person to have in your corner when picking out the perfect house for you and your family.

Sue is just wonderful! She was so patient with us when we bought our home. She did not mind looking at a LOT of houses until we found the perfect one! Truly a pleasure to work with.
