I first met Andrea in 2008 when we were buying our home. It was an REO property, and she was the agent who sold it to us. I really appreciated how on top of everything she was — the transaction went very smoothly. Over the years, she stayed in touch. From time to time, I checked in with her about the value of our property, and she was always responsive and helpful — never pushy or trying to pressure a sale. In August of this year, Andrea reached out about selling. I was interested, and she quickly ran the comps. I was so glad she was still working in the Antelope Valley when I was ready to sell because I truly trusted her. We listed the home on August 26th, opened escrow on September 8th, and closed on October 7th — another smooth transaction! Andrea was great to work with to sell my house in Tehachapi! This was my first house and admittedly a little emotionally attached, so it was important to me to sell to someone who would appreciate my home as much as I did. She really took that into consideration when working with me to list it. Once I was in escrow, she was also really communicative through the process, making sure to explain any inspections and disclosures (and taught me a few things that I never thought to ask when I bought the house!) that I think will help set me up better when I'm ready to purchase my next home!
