This is the second time we have used Wendy to buy a house and this time she was selling our condo as well. We recently had a baby and needed a bigger place. I wanted to get this done during my maternity leave from work. This did not give Wendy very much time but she sold our condo within a week and we went on the hunt for our house in this crazy market.
