María and her team have been amazing throughout this process. I will be honest to say I was intimidated by the home buying process because I had no background or any family members who knew anything about purchasing a home since I am the first person to buy a home in my family. Maria and her team made this transition easy. Maria guided us throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions.  She was always willing to troubleshoot with us whenever we had any questions or concerns regarding our home. She was patient and explained things in a way in which both I and my boyfriend understood. Whenever she wasn’t available she always sent a representative to view homes with us and always always made sure to give us a phone call afterward and communicated with us on what was next in the process. I have to add that Maria ( and every team member of the team I spoke to ) spoke both English and Spanish. I honestly loved that. It felt great to be able to communicate to Maria and her team in either English or Spanish. I speak both languages fluently but being able to speak freely in Spanish was a great touch. My boyfriend and I were in escrow for 8months and Maria always kept open communication with us. We purchased a new construction that ended up needing some repairs in order to pass city inspection prior to closing escrow. We had to be very patient as city permits and repairs were a bit delayed due to the COVID pandemic. We fell in love with our home so we were willing to wait until our house passed all the inspections and it was definitely worth the wait. We absolutely love our home. Maria’s help and great customer service allowed this experience to be positive and enjoyable. I am very grateful to Maria and her team for all their help and wish them the best of luck in their future sales.
