When looking for a home to purchase, we were lucky enough to find James Gordon. He notified us of many properties that fit our needs, many before they even came on the market, and toured the homes alongside us. We found the perfect property during an open house that had a lot of other interested buyers. James skillfully negotiated with the seller’s agent to accept our offer and cancel all further showings. He was there to walk us through the entire process and answer all our questions. We closed on the house today and it was a seamless process.
