A huge thank you to Katie and Shaun for helping us to sell my late father's estate. We had an early offer that seemed very tempting and Katie asked me to please trust her to do her job. "I know the area, and the market, and we are going to receive plenty of offers on this property as is, without the need for improvements". She was right, as we received 19 decent offers in the first weekend. I must admit, Katie's confidence in her statement allowed me to trust her and the process to accomplish our goal. We have now closed 4 investment properties with Katie and Shaun over the course of the last 9 months and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! Every transaction has had its share of challenges and each and every time they come through soaring with solutions, sound advice and expert opinions. Katie was able to provide clarity on whether we are able to rent our rental property based on her review of the loan rider and provide legal advice. It ended up that there are no restrictions. Such a huge relief for us!! I felt like we got so much value from our engagement, I even gained extra knowledge in some areas as Katie and Shaun would often provide background and reasoning as to why things were done a certain way. They are truly a dynamic duo. They work tirelessly and diligently every step of the way. Communication is consistently clear, thorough, and timely. I know I am difficult to please in these areas and they have surpassed my expectations. Without a doubt, I will go back to them and recommend them at every opportunity.

Working with Shaun and Katie on purchasing our first home together was such a pleasure. We told them around noon we found a home we liked and wanted to see and arranged a viewing within hours for the same day. We knew we wanted to move forward with an offer, and they worked all evening to submit one that same night, we couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get everything in. We believe this is the reason we are now moving into a home that we love, because Shaun and Katie worked so quickly for us. Not only are they both thoroughly knowledgeable, but they took extra time to explain elements of the process to us so that we were able to learn and make informed decisions every step of the way. My husband and I asked a lot of questions and always felt we received answers we could understand. The purchase went smoothly, and from the day we submitted an offer, Shaun and Katie provided a timeline of milestones with tentative dates, and clearly let us know each day we had items to complete which was very helpful for us to stay on top of everything that came in for us to review and sign. We even closed the week before we were scheduled to because they are so organized. After closing, they welcomed us to our new home with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and provided us with a lovely gift for our new home that just completely blew us away. On top of all of that, they took a Sunday to fix items around our new home that were in need of repair so that we would have less to worry about after moving in which we found to be so incredibly thoughtful. Shaun and Katie worked hard to make this happen for us, and we always felt that we could reach out to them with our questions. They are organized, timely, patient, honest, caring, and thoughtful. We plan to use them again for our next home purchase and for other services that Katie offers. We highly recommend Shaun and Katie to anyone looking to purchase a home.
