You guys have been asked again and again to be transparent and disclose the health and life safety issues like the black mold, Carbon Monoxide and now come to find out high Radon levels. At a minimum to these young homeowners that you recently sold a home to in Arvada Colorado. Just to save yourself a buck or two ! By you not doing this it is more than just rude and wrong. It's dishonest. It's unethical. It's despicable. It's nefarious. We can't express enough the importance of working with and hiring honest and experienced professionals when buying or selling a property!
