I’m working with Mike Naylor to sell my condo in San Pedro, and I feel like I actually have someone on my side. What I value most is that he looks out for my interests and pushes for the best outcome, not just to close the deal. He keeps me informed, responds quickly, and I never have to chase him. My husband and I met Mike and we instantly knew we would make him our realtor. His knowledge of the South Bay, the market and his professionalism were all outstanding. We weren't in the market very long because of how quickly he was available to show us homes that we were interested in. Our whole experience with him made the home buying experience for us memorable. We had ran into some delays with escrow because of our lender, and Mike came to the rescue to offer us solutions to make sure we were well taken care of. I honestly feel that Mike takes pride in his work to make sure his clients are well taken care of and informed during the entire process.

Mike was amazing to work with! We were so lucky that the first open house we went to when we started our search happened to be a listing of his and ended up talking to him about what we were looking for. This was our first home purchase and the whole process was a little intimidating to us originally but Mike helped us through every step of the way while (most importantly) not being pushy/salesy at all. He was more than willing to answer our many questions during each stage of the process and was always available to talk through something or book a viewing for us. We could not be happier that we were able to work with such a great person who made sure that he was not just a real estate professional but a true partner in our search.
