Sam is almost like an over protective son, which I greatly appreciate. He truly wants the best for me. He is responsive, understanding, funny, and works very hard. He crosses all the t's and dots all the is, no matter how arduous the task. I was new to the area and did not really know what to expect when I flew in, but Sam drove me around and guided me in understanding the landscape. He re routed my expectations appropriately.
