After working with Shelly to purchase our residential property, I quickly realized how valuable her depth of knowledge and resourcefulness were throughout the entire process. I'm going to start by saying that I truly believe that Shelly is one of the best agents in all of San Diego. We have used multiple different real estate agents in the past to buy and sell homes, and Shelly far and away exceeded them in all respects. She is also very connected and knows some of the best lenders and contractors to support you. We first met Shelly through a search for a rental property in 2024. We planned to rent for a year or two and then look to purchase a home after doing research on different areas. We met with Shelly shortly after we signed a rental lease, and she quickly made us comfortable through her incredible knowledge and insight into the best areas and neighborhoods based on our goals. After a little over a year, we were ready to start seriously looking, and we reconnected with Shelly to start a formal search. Shelly showed incredible dedication to supporting us through our search. She did all of the home searches, she came to virtually every open house and showing with us, and she always gave us very good direction and advice based on our goals. She is always very responsive, so no matter what time or day, she always tried to make us a priority. We always felt very secure, comfortable and safe with Shelly, and this was not a feeling that we always had in the past with other agents. We found our dream home at a showing several months ago. Unfortunately, our offer was not accepted initially; however, Shelly did everything she could to tee us up for success. About a week later Shelly called us to share that the first buyers fell through. She came up with a perfect strategy to revisit an offer. And voila, success! Our offer was accepted and we were in escrow! From there, everything went pretty smoothly, and we are now in our dream home. We absolutely would not have been able to do this without Shelly.
