Wendy made our whole moving process from states away run so smoothly. From our first phone call with her, we could tell that she knew exactly what we were looking for. She sent us photos and videos from each home site that we were looking at, and once we went under contract she sent us updated videos and pictures as well. She was key in all of our communication with the builder, and they were able to make the changes we wanted! Best part was that we were able to close on time! We would highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking in the Southern Pines area!
