Where do I start? Blake helped me find and purchase my San Diego condo in the marina district. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate and all the laws that go with it. She was always on top of every little detail from the offer to closing, and two steps ahead of any potential issues that could possibly arise during the process and gets ahead of them. I had to switch lender's in the middle of escrow which meant we only had about two weeks to start from scratch and get underwritten approval. There were so many hurdles in this already stressful purchase, however Blake always did what she could to expedite the timeframe by providing many different types of documentation that the lender needed. Because of this I was able to get my final approval the day before closing! If Blake wasn't extremely proactive, I would've had to extend escrow. There's not enough I can say about Blake, she is extremely knowledgeable, organized, timely, responsive, friendly, and most importantly, always on top of every little detail. She is very professional and a true expert at what she does. I am really glad I had her on my team! It made all the difference.
